Celebrating National Garlic Month with some 'Everything Pesto'
April is National Garlic Month and I am always up for celebrating GARLIC! I add extra garlic to EVERYTHING!
This 'Everything Pesto' is delish on anything, but I added it to some garlic bread and topped it with cheese that I broiled under low, and it turned out AMAZING!
'Everything Pesto' is exactly what it sounds like. Just throw anything in the blender that could be remotely used to make pesto and you've got yourself a flavor blasted sauce!
For this version, I used:
Basil
Spinach
Cilantro
Scallions
Lots of Garlic
Walnuts
Lemon Juice
Dill
Parmesan
Salt to taste
Olive oil unit desired consistency
Pulse all of this up in a blender or food processor until you are happy with the consistency. Adding more olive oil to loosen it up, if needed.
